We welcome enquiries from self-employed service providers who may be suitable for cleaning, property care and related assignments. This form is an initial application, not a job offer or a promise of work.
How the arrangement is intended to work
Contractors can choose whether to accept an assignment. The scope and rate are agreed in advance for each job, and the contractor invoices for completed work. There are no guaranteed hours or assignments. The actual working arrangement must reflect independent self-employment and applicable law; a declaration on this form does not by itself determine legal status.
As a guide only, the average rate paid is at least 10% above National Livign Wage per hour. This is not a fixed or guaranteed rate. Rates for a particular assignment are agreed in advance and may differ according to the work, location, requirements and experience.
